Silent Failures
Most automation projects fail quietly. Someone builds a workflow, it runs, everyone celebrates, and then an API changes its response shape or a rate limit gets hit and the workflow starts failing silently. Nobody notices for three weeks, because the failure mode of a broken automation is nothing happening.
The difference between a demo and production automation is entirely in the parts nobody demos: retry logic, idempotency so a re-run does not duplicate records, error branches that alert a human, credential rotation, logging you can actually search, and a data model that does not corrupt when a field arrives empty.
We build the second kind. We also prefer self-hosted where it makes sense — you own the infrastructure, there is no per-operation pricing to scale into, and your customer data does not transit a third-party platform.

- WooCommerce order events to CRM, ERP, or fulfilment
- Inventory synchronisation across markets and channels
- Order status and customer notification flows
- Returns and refund processing
- Supplier and dropship integrations
CRM & Sales Automation
- Monday.com and HubSpot bidirectional sync
- Lead capture from WPForms and landing pages, routed and scored
- Enrichment from third-party data sources
- Pipeline stage automation
Reporting Automation
- Scheduled reports from GA4, Google Ads, Meta, and your database
- Consolidated multi-market dashboards
- Anomaly alerting on spend or conversion drops
- Delivery to Slack, email, or Google Sheets
Microsoft & Google Workspace
- Microsoft Graph API for Outlook, Teams, SharePoint
- Google Drive, Sheets, and Calendar integration
- Document generation and routing
How We Work
Step 01 — Map
We document the manual process as it actually happens, including the exceptions people handle informally.
Step 02 — Design
Workflow architecture, failure modes, and idempotency strategy defined before building.
Step 03 — Build
Staged development with test data, then controlled production rollout.
Step 04 — Harden
Error branches, retries, alerting, and load testing.
Step 05 — Handover
Documentation, workflow exports, and training so your team can extend it.
What Happens Next
Step 01 — You hear back within 24 hours.
A real reply from the person who would do the work, not an autoresponder or a junior scheduling a call about a call.
Step 02 — We look before we talk.
Send us access or a URL and we review your actual setup first, so the conversation starts with findings instead of discovery questions.
Step 03 — 30 minutes, findings first.
We walk you through what we found and what it is costing. You get that regardless of whether you hire us.
Step 04 — A written scope, or an honest no.
If it is a fit, you get scope, timeline, and cost in writing. If it is not, we say so and point you somewhere better.
No retainer required. No minimum term. No obligation at any step.
Is This Right For You?
We would rather tell you now than after an invoice. Here is who this work pays off for, and who it does not.
A good fit if:
- You are doing €25,000+ per month in online revenue, where a few percent of recovered attribution is real money
- You are running paid media and the reported numbers do not match your bank
- You sell across more than one market, currency, or storefront
- You have a developer or agency who can act on what we find
- You want to own the implementation afterwards, not rent it
Probably not a fit if:
- You are early stage and validating the product — fix demand first, measure it later
- You want someone to manage ad spend day to day; we build the measurement layer, we are not a media buying agency
- You need it live this week; proper implementation has a validation phase and we will not skip it
- You want the cheapest quote — we are not it, and the cheapest tracking build usually gets rebuilt
Most engagements start from €1,500. We confirm scope and cost in the discovery call, before anything is committed.

Common
Questions
Self-hosting wins on cost at volume and on data control, and it is our default recommendation for e-commerce operations. Cloud wins on zero maintenance. We size both against your expected execution volume and let you choose with real numbers in front of you.
It should tell you. Every workflow we build has an error branch that captures the failure, logs context, and alerts a human through Slack or email. Silent failure is the thing we design against.
Yes. We audit existing workflows, document what they do, add the error handling that is usually missing, and hand back a maintainable version.
Where it adds value — lead qualification, email triage, content drafting — via n8n AI nodes with guardrails and cost caps. We do not add an LLM to a workflow that a conditional statement would handle more reliably and for free.
Every build includes 30 days of post-handover support, covering anything that breaks or behaves differently than documented. After that, most clients either maintain workflows themselves using the documentation and exports we provide, or move to a monthly monitoring arrangement where we watch execution logs and handle API changes as they land. Both are optional. Nothing is structured to make you dependent on us.
A focused workflow build starts around €1,500. Cost scales with the number of systems being connected and how much exception handling your real process requires — the manual steps people handle informally are usually where the complexity hides. Self-hosted infrastructure setup is quoted separately and is usually a one-off.
Zapier is the easiest and the most expensive at volume. Make sits in the middle. n8n wins on cost at scale and on data control, especially self-hosted, at the price of more setup. For e-commerce operations running workflows on every order, per-operation pricing becomes the dominant cost and n8n usually wins. We model your actual execution volume against all three before recommending.
Simple integrations take days. Production pipelines with proper error handling, idempotency, and alerting take one to three weeks, and that gap is the entire difference between a workflow that demos well and one that still works in six months.
Yes. We document what your current workflows actually do, rebuild them in n8n, add the error handling that is usually missing, and run both in parallel until the new versions are proven. Migration is also a good moment to remove the workflows nobody has used in a year.
A VPS or private cloud instance, Docker, and someone to handle updates and backups — we configure all of it, including monitoring and alerting. Ongoing, it is closer to maintaining a small server than running an app. If nobody on your team wants that responsibility, n8n Cloud is the honest recommendation and we will say so.
