The Problem

Silent Failures

Most automation projects fail quietly. Someone builds a workflow, it runs, everyone celebrates, and then an API changes its response shape or a rate limit gets hit and the workflow starts failing silently. Nobody notices for three weeks, because the failure mode of a broken automation is nothing happening.

The difference between a demo and production automation is entirely in the parts nobody demos: retry logic, idempotency so a re-run does not duplicate records, error branches that alert a human, credential rotation, logging you can actually search, and a data model that does not corrupt when a field arrives empty.

We build the second kind. We also prefer self-hosted where it makes sense — you own the infrastructure, there is no per-operation pricing to scale into, and your customer data does not transit a third-party platform.

What We Build

What We Build

Self-Hosted n8n Infrastructure

  • Docker deployment on your VPS or private cloud
  • Queue mode for concurrent execution at volume
  • Credential management and rotation
  • Backup, versioning, and disaster recovery
  • Monitoring with alerting on failed executions

E-Commerce Pipelines

  • WooCommerce order events to CRM, ERP, or fulfilment
  • Inventory synchronisation across markets and channels
  • Order status and customer notification flows
  • Returns and refund processing
  • Supplier and dropship integrations

CRM & Sales Automation

  • Monday.com and HubSpot bidirectional sync
  • Lead capture from WPForms and landing pages, routed and scored
  • Enrichment from third-party data sources
  • Pipeline stage automation

Reporting Automation

  • Scheduled reports from GA4, Google Ads, Meta, and your database
  • Consolidated multi-market dashboards
  • Anomaly alerting on spend or conversion drops
  • Delivery to Slack, email, or Google Sheets

Microsoft & Google Workspace

  • Microsoft Graph API for Outlook, Teams, SharePoint
  • Google Drive, Sheets, and Calendar integration
  • Document generation and routing

Common Mistakes We Find

Patterns from audits we have run. If you recognise two or more, the gap is probably costing you more than it appears to.

No error branch.

The workflow fails and nobody finds out, because the failure mode of a broken automation is nothing happening. Three weeks is a normal detection time.

Not idempotent.

A re-run creates duplicate records instead of recognising what already exists. Every retry makes the data worse.

Credentials pasted into nodes.

Hardcoded API keys in workflow JSON, exported and shared in support threads without anyone noticing.

No rate limit handling.

Works perfectly on ten records, fails on a thousand, and fails at the exact moment volume finally matters.

Cloud tier chosen without modelling operations.

Per-operation pricing on a workflow that runs on every order. The bill scales with success, which is the worst time to discover it.

How We Work

How We Work

01

Step 01 — Map

We document the manual process as it actually happens, including the exceptions people handle informally.

02

Step 02 — Design

Workflow architecture, failure modes, and idempotency strategy defined before building.

03

Step 03 — Build

Staged development with test data, then controlled production rollout.

04

Step 04 — Harden

Error branches, retries, alerting, and load testing.

05

Step 05 — Handover

Documentation, workflow exports, and training so your team can extend it.

No Surprises

What Happens Next

01

Step 01 — You hear back within 24 hours.

A real reply from the person who would do the work, not an autoresponder or a junior scheduling a call about a call.

02

Step 02 — We look before we talk.

Send us access or a URL and we review your actual setup first, so the conversation starts with findings instead of discovery questions.

03

Step 03 — 30 minutes, findings first.

We walk you through what we found and what it is costing. You get that regardless of whether you hire us.

04

Step 04 — A written scope, or an honest no.

If it is a fit, you get scope, timeline, and cost in writing. If it is not, we say so and point you somewhere better.

No retainer required. No minimum term. No obligation at any step.

Fit Check

Is This Right For You?

We would rather tell you now than after an invoice. Here is who this work pays off for, and who it does not.

A good fit if:

  • You are doing €25,000+ per month in online revenue, where a few percent of recovered attribution is real money
  • You are running paid media and the reported numbers do not match your bank
  • You sell across more than one market, currency, or storefront
  • You have a developer or agency who can act on what we find
  • You want to own the implementation afterwards, not rent it

Probably not a fit if:

  • You are early stage and validating the product — fix demand first, measure it later
  • You want someone to manage ad spend day to day; we build the measurement layer, we are not a media buying agency
  • You need it live this week; proper implementation has a validation phase and we will not skip it
  • You want the cheapest quote — we are not it, and the cheapest tracking build usually gets rebuilt

Most engagements start from €1,500. We confirm scope and cost in the discovery call, before anything is committed.
